Information We Process

When you send a catalog or contact request, we process your name and email address, any phone number and message you provide, the page used, submission date and time, IP address, and your confirmation that you read this Privacy Notice. We may also process technical security logs and your cookie preference.

Google Analytics measures site use only after you select "Allow analytics" and may involve international processing by Google. The Google Maps directions link on our contact page does not load external map content automatically; choosing the link takes you to Google's service. Analytics permission is not required to send a catalog or contact request.

Why We Process It

We use request information to respond to your enquiry, provide requested product or catalog information, protect the form against abuse, and keep evidence of your privacy acknowledgement. Depending on the applicable law and the nature of your request, processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in answering and securing business enquiries, legal obligations, or your consent where consent is required.

Recipients and International Access

Information may be accessed by authorised Hidronorm personnel and hosting or email service providers needed to operate the site and answer requests. When you permit Google Analytics, information may be processed by Google under its privacy and transfer arrangements. Selecting the Google Maps directions link also takes you to a third-party service governed by Google's terms.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence and associated submission records are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant communication, unless a contract, legal duty, dispute or defence of claims requires longer retention. Security logs should be kept only for the period needed for security investigation. Cookie choices are retained for up to 180 days.

Your Rights

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, data portability where applicable, withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Where Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies, you may exercise the rights set out in Article 11 by applying to Hidronorm using the contact information above.

Submitting a request is voluntary, but we need the required fields and acknowledgement to answer through this form. We do not use form requests for automated decision-making.
